| Noxudol 750. is a chemically active anticorrosive compound with low surface tension, based on mineral oil, waxes, rust inhibitors and solvents. After drying it forms a waxy, moisture repellent surface. Because of the low surface tension it possesses good penetrating ability as well as the displacement of any moisture that may be present. Noxudol 750 is intended for the treatment of the hollow spaces of motor vehicles according to the ML-method. | Noxudol UM – 1600. A durable anti-corrosion and soundproofing agent, that is applied on the car bottom, wheel arches and other parts of the car, where more effective protection against mechanical abrasion is also required. After application, it forms a dense, strong and at the same time resilient film providing noise-vibration-proof and anticorrosive effect. | Mercasol 845. underbody protection. A dense, thixotropic, aluminum containing material, which is made on wax/bitumen basis, contains large amounts of corrosion inhibitors. Forms corrosion and wear-resistant protective layer with bronze color. The protective layer has moisture-and dirt-resistant qualities, neutralizes the effects of salts and acids, and fills the car cabin noise silencing qualities. After drying the material retains its elasticity and this quality is maintained even at very low temperatures. The material is with no smell. The material has the effect of restoring the surface where the inner layer maintains in “liquid state”, and only the outer layer dries out and becomes resistant to mechanical damage. In case of damaged the spot is filled with the protective layer from the lower layers of the material, later when the material has with contact to air forms a strong surface-protective layer. The ingredients of the material, with specially treated aluminum particles allow the material to strengthen the effects of rust protection. | Mercasol 847 АL. New generation of automotive protective material (Microshild technology). Tight thixotropic rust protection agent containing aluminum and polymers microcapsules. The material is made from wax / bitumen and contains a large amount of corrosion inhibitors. The material is meant for professional car underbody processing. Large tight matter content allows a protective layer form to surface that is tight and strong. This material is essential for severe operating conditions. Substance dense structure, the aluminum particles form a network and all this provides excellent protection in extreme conditions. In to the mixture belong also polymer microcapsules, which are filled with hydrocarbon in gaseous state. The capsules are evenly spread across the material and remain there even after the product dries. The capsules are needed for flexibility. This is particularly important in the case of large temperature variations, in which the microscopic capsules work as shock absorbers. When the temperature falls the material shrinks, which in turn can lead to the formation of micro cracks, but the microcapsules shrink faster and keep it the material unsteadiness within the material. Due to the low thickness of the material particles “microspheres” move closer to the surface and makes the surface bonding-free. The material bonds well to metal or plastic surfaces. In addition the microcapsules retain efficiency thanks to metal attachments. In addition the material starts resisting sand abrasives, also improves thermal and acoustic insulation. The substance has a moisture-and dirt-repellent properties. Prevents the damaging effects of acid and salt. After the surface has dried retains all of its material properties even at low temperatures. The substance has the effect of layer restoring with an internal layer and substance is in “liquid state”, and only the outer layer dries out and becomes resistant to mechanical damage. Usage: The material must but on a cleaned surface. Untreated wet metal surfaces must be primed in advance. Shake well before use, areas that won’t be treated must be covered. For good results a layer of 1.0-2.5 mm thickness must be applied on the surface. If there is a need for a thicker layer, then two layers must be applied to the surface. Drying time depends on the thickness of the layer. On average, the time is 6 to 12 hours at room temperature. At low temperatures and at high humidity the drying time increases. Material drying takes place in two stages. In the first stage, the water evaporates, then in the following 7 to 14 days takes place the polymers formation process, depending on the temperature. After the first stage of drying, the surface ready for exploitation and has completed 80% of their nominal acoustic insulation properties, it increases further with drying (7-14 days). After the final drying, the material has a very low absorption capacity, and it may be covered with all types of paint or other coating agents. |
